Hi Sir, How to deal with my condition currently dealing with passive aggressive ness My condition is that always my parents ask me to do favors for them. Nothing in return to me. I have got married and it is love and arranged marriage. My husband and me work in the same company. My in laws are very supportive and ver understanding to me. My own parents deal with my peace of mind and make me do the things that I do not like. Eg: talk to your relatives, come to see your brother’ would be. I am the eldest daughter from my family. Every time they blame me for all excuses and te things not happening in their way. Right now everyday I am shouting and showing passive aggressiveness on to my husband. Which I don’t want to hurt any one with my behaviour. This is leading to lot of dissatisfaction and depression. I need your help and counselings on this matter to over come the passive aggressive ness. Thank you Dr. for advice.
